Our cake service is truly bespoke, and each cake is made to order using the freshest ingredients to make sure your cake tastes every bit as amazing as it looks.


Sponge Cakes

Inside: Our sponge cakes have three or four layers of moist sponge in each tier, and are filled with decadent buttercream, preserves or ganache.

Outside: Sponge Cakes are coated in a thin layer of ganache as a base to ensure your cake has pristine, sharp edges. They are then covered with luxury sugarpaste (fondant).

Fruit Cakes

Inside: Our fruit cakes are baked a minimum of three months before your wedding, and regularly infused with rich brandy to ensure your cake is truly rich and indulgent. 

Outside: Fruit cakes are covered in a thin layer of marzipan under the sugarpaste.




Popular Combinations



Vanilla sponge layered with strawberry conserve (optional) and vanilla buttercream.


A moist chocolate cake with melted chocolate/chocolate orange buttercream.


Infused with lemon or elderflower syrup, and layered with lemon or elderflower buttercream and lemon curd.


Coffee sponge filled with a coffee buttercream. Or mix this with our chocolate cake to make a Mocha!

Cherry Bakewell

Almond sponge with Morello cherry conserve and vanilla buttercream.


Raspberry & White Chocolate

White chocolate sponge with raspberry conserve and white chocolate buttercream.

Red Velvet

A red chocolate based sponge filled with vanilla buttercream.

Fruit Cake

Rich spiced cake filled with brandy soaked fruit (and nuts - optional). Regularly infused with brandy and matured for a minimum of three months.

Carrot Cake

Lightly spiced carrot cake with cinnamon and orange buttercream (or vanilla if you prefer).

Salted Caramel

Moist caramel sponge (or chocolate) with homemade salted caramel sauce and vanilla buttercream.

Price Guide

Due to the bespoke nature of our cakes, each one will be different to cater for our individual customers’ requests. The price of your cake will be determined by the size and detail of the design. Once we have spoken and gone through ideas for your cake, you will be provided with a quote. Below is an approximate guide for cakes with a simple design:

Tier guide

2 tiers to serve 50 from £210 
3 tiers to serve 80 from £360 
4 tiers to serve 160 from £450

other Cakes

Naked cakes start from £320 for 3 tiers
Celebration cakes start from £60 for a 6” sponge cake


Cupcakes with a buttercream swirl start from £2.50 (minimum order of 12)
Biscuits start from £2.50
Macarons start from £2 (minimum order of 12)


Portion Guide

Please see our portion guide below to get an idea of how many portions each tier will provide, and how many tiers may be required for the number of guests at your event. Finger portions (standard wedding portions) are 1” x 1” and dessert portions are 1” x 2”.
